Shuttering Ply

Margo manufactures a high quality Shuttering Ply IS : 4990, by selecting quality veneers saturated with modified RPF resin impregnated with modified RPF resin for longer life and better performance in all applications.

Margo uses extra compression as compared to ordinary Film Face Shuttering Plywood that leads to better nailing and screw holding properties. Its load bearing capacity is also enhanced due to extra compression. It withstands the loads and forces encountered during the pouring of concrete and vibrations. Our product has a strong load-bearing capacity which prevents swelling during shuttering works.

This material is not used for aesthetic purposes, but to hold concrete till it coagulate to form a solid structure. Shuttering Ply is generally used to make the cast of ceiling, walls, drains, highways, pillars, etc, to pour concrete in it in order to give the concrete any shape needed. Hence, it is weather-resistant and doesn’t stick to the concrete itself.
